Pascaline Sala, Director and Founder
Pascaline Sala is an executive coach, therapist and supervisor. For the past 15 years she has worked with executives and teams in France and internationally on the development of their leadership and emotional intelligence . She taught coaching for 11 years at IFOD, a leading executive coaching school in Paris, where she was Program Director from 2015 to 2021.
Prior to this Pascaline worked for 17 years in management and executive roles for large multinationals including Price Waterhouse, Coca Cola and Ubisoft.
Pascaline is completely bi-lingual in French and English having lived 30 years in the USA and Australia. She brings to her coaching an international perspective on leadership and an understanding of cross-cultural issues.
Building on her double background in business and psychology, and her long experience of working with people, Pascaline is able to work at a deep level to quickly achieve lasting changes for her clients.
Pascaline uses an integrative approach based on neuroscience. She is certified in the emotional intelligence diagnostic questionnaire EQi 2.0 and which she uses in her coaching work.
Her coaching style is warm, empathic as well as results focused and direct, creating a space in which her clients can feel safe and challenged at the same time.
In 2026, Pascaline founds Tune In & Co with the ambition of providing high-quality leadership coaching and development, delivered by international coaches within a boutique, human-sized consultancy.
With a Honors Degree in Business from Paris Dauphine University, Pascaline holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Communication from Panthéon-Assas University and a Master's degree in Psychotherapy from Western Sydney University. A certified professional coach (RNCP), she holds a Coaching Certificate from ICCP Sydney as well as Individual Coaching and Team Coaching Diplomas from IFOD. She is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment.
